Dealer description
This 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid Tri Motor All-Wheel Drive in Pearl White Multi-Coat is available now at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn, Washington. A family-owned Ford dealer since 1922, we serve Kent, Federal Way, Puyallup, Tacoma, Renton, and the greater Seattle–Tacoma area. It shows 40,451 miles and has an All Black interior with carbon-fiber décor, plus a six-seat layout: second-row captain’s chairs with a walk-through to the third row. Not certified. Tesla rates the Plaid’s three motors at 1,020 peak horsepower and quotes 0–60 mph in 2.5 seconds with one-foot rollout subtracted. This one rides on the optional 22-inch Turbine wheels, so the matching EPA estimate is 311 miles of range and 94 city / 88 highway / 91 combined MPGe. NHTSA lists a 100 kWh lithium-ion pack. Tesla quoted a top speed of up to 163 mph for the Plaid on 22-inch wheels. Inside and out, it has everything that makes a Model X stand out. You get Falcon Wing rear doors with obstacle sensors, front doors that open and close on their own, and a heated yoke steering wheel. Every seat in all three rows is heated, and the front seats are also ventilated. There’s tri-zone climate with HEPA filtration and Bioweapon Defense Mode, a 17-inch center screen with Tesla Theater, Arcade, and Steam, a second-row screen, and 22-speaker, 960-watt audio. For storage there’s a power liftgate, a front trunk, a rear sub-trunk, and all-weather floor liners. For driver assistance, Traffic-Aware Cruise Control and Autosteer are included on this Hardware 3 car. Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is not included, but Tesla offers it by subscription. Tesla ended Model S and Model X production at Fremont in 2026, so clean Plaid examples like this one are only available used now. Tesla’s Model X Battery and Drive Unit Limited Warranty runs 8 years or 150,000 miles from the original in-service date, so factory powertrain coverage may remain. Confirm with Tesla using the VIN. With no oil changes, spark plugs, or exha
Questions for the seller (3)
- Battery health report The seller can pull one from the car; it's the only real degradation data, and nothing remote can measure it.
- Build date (door-jamb sticker) and original in-service date Settles mid-year running changes; the in-service date, not the model year, starts the warranty clock.
- Is FSD owned or subscribed, and does it survive this transfer? Car-to-car FSD transfers ended March 2026; wiped FSD means $99/month for the next owner.
